PROBLEM:
AWE’s president, Vicki Tate and vice president, Terri Dew, were looking to update their non-profit website to look visually appealing. They were in need of someone to help them handle keeping it up to date and wanted to see what else could be helped.

- The website was dull with random stock photos, it didn’t reflect the organization.

- Numerous steps and a manual process for membership tracking and management
- The joining process was cumbersome and took too many steps before completed.
- Needed a solution for scholarship applications to be submitted and reviewed.
SOLUTION:
A new WordPress website was created to match the new branding and adding in a full membership setup to eliminate manually adding and editing members of AWE. Additionally, created a scholarship application that feeds directly to the system and the board is able to review and approve.

AWE is a local non-profit that provides a platform to bring women together, sharing knowledge and experiences, while at the same time giving back to young women in Palm Beach County through academic scholarships.

Professional website with the ability to register new members, track memberships and renewals that include a member directory. An added benefit of applicants to apply for scholarships and board to review and approve all online.
Members are happy, the board is happy and applicants are happy! They are seeing more traffic and more interested in membership.
