Are you working on implementing a new habit in your business or personal life?
Create reminders throughout the day and set yourself up for a new habit.
Use your phone and set up reminders in your calendar, google reminders, alarm clock, or other apps.
-Make the reminder daily at the same time.
-Use an app, I love Any.do for my To Do list. And if you are too busy to stop for the reminder there is an option to snooze.
-You can also use this to remind yourself with your daily affirmations, when to start or stop something, or your daily snack, excercise, etc.
The options are endless!
For example, if you want to change the time you look at your email and only read emails at 10am instead of first thing in the morning, set your reminder for 10am and wait to look at your emails until then.
