At the end of your client onboarding, once you have finalized a contract, deposit or payment. Start the relationship off by creating an experience your new clients.
This can be done by sending a welcome email, packet, snail mail, gift etc.
If you want to send a welcome packet that has a theme of getting to know how we will work together, include:
- Your contact info
- Boundaries, such as work times
- What they get or should expect from you
- Request what you need from them to get started
- Add dates of calls or meetings that need to be scheduled
If your services include work time boundaries you may want to schedule a ‘Welcome” call as well to go over the most important items and answer any questions your new client has.
